Alhind Tours And Travels is looking for a Passenger Service Agent at our airport operations. The role covers guiding travelers from check-in to arrival, ensuring safety, compliance and top-notch customer care.

Core duties include check-in and ticketing, boarding and gate operations, special assistance, information flow, IRROPS handling, and coordinating with ramp, cabin crew and security to keep flights on track. You’ll work on-site in a fast-paced environment, delivering professional service.

Aufgaben

• Check-In & Ticketing: verify IDs, issue boarding passes, weigh and tag luggage, and collect excess baggage fees.
• Boarding & Gate Operations: organize queues, verify passes at the gate, announce and call passengers.
• Special Assistance: assist passengers with reduced mobility, escort unaccompanied minors, help families.
• Information & Flow Management: provide real-time flight updates, gate changes, directions around terminals.
• IRROPS: handle missed/delayed/cancelled flights, rebook passengers, manage baggage issues.
• Safety & Security: follow aviation security protocols, screen documents, coordinate with ramp and crew.
