Job description

Please note that this position is based in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East. All relocation costs will be covered.

As the Parts Wholesale Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the wholesale parts department. This includes managing stock levels, driving sales performance, developing trade customer relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate parts supply to clients. Your focus will be on increasing revenue, customer retention, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement wholesale parts sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Manage relationships with trade and fleet customers, workshops, and independent repair centers.

Oversee daily operations of the wholesale parts department, including team supervision.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring correct stock availability and order accuracy.

Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize profit margins and customer loyalty.

Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure alignment with OEM standards, pricing policies, and operational guidelines.

Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, purchasing, and finance.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in a wholesale or dealership environment.

Proven track record in managing a parts team or department.

Strong understanding of automotive parts cataloging and inventory management systems.

Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (e.g., Autoline, Kerridge, etc.).

Relevant diploma / degree in business, logistics, or automotive fields is an advantage.
