Parts Sales Supervisor – Power Generation | Abu Dhabi

Galadari Energy Solutions (GES), a trusted provider in the power generation sector, is looking for a skilled Parts Sales Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing parts sales operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely supply of generator spare parts. You will work closely with the service and operations teams to provide high-level support to clients and drive parts sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day parts sales activities for generator equipment and components.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Process quotations, orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment.
• Provide technical support and advice on generator parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in parts sales within the power generation or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Good knowledge of diesel generator parts and components.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• UAE driving license is essential.
