Job description

• Ideally based in Dubai or mobile within the region • International forklift manufacturer – Member of the Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Group (MCFE) • Industry: Material Handling Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Spare Parts Your Mission: As Parts Sales Manager for the Africa & Middle East region, your primary responsibility is to develop and optimize spare parts sales across our existing network of authorized distributors. Reporting to the Regional Parts Sales Director, you will actively contribute to revenue growth and improve parts market penetration in the region. Key Responsibilities: • Drive spare parts sales within the established distributor network. • Identify business development opportunities (machine population, end-user potential, service contracts, etc.). • Implement promotional actions and commercial campaigns (discount programs, bundles, service kits, etc.). • Train, support, and animate distributors’ sales and after-sales teams regarding the parts offering. • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective action plans as needed. • Ensure compliance with Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Group standards for after-sales service and parts availability. • Contribute to sales forecasts and regional inventory planning. • Conduct regular field visits across key markets (Francophone Africa, Anglophone Africa, Middle East). • Provide structured and timely reporting to regional management.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the forklift, industrial equipment, automotive, or utility vehicle industry. • Strong knowledge of distribution networks and spare parts business models. • Commercial acumen with strong customer focus. • Autonomous, analytical, structured, and capable of leading distributor engagement. • Fluent in professional English (French and/or Arabic are a plus). • Willingness to travel frequently within the region (approx. 30% to 50% of time). • Educational background in technical or commercial fields (BTS, HND, Bachelor, Engineering degree or equivalent) preferred.
