Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Parts Coordinator / SAP Engineer in Abu Dhabi to support parts management, maintenance planning, and compliance for offshore crane operations.

The role involves SAP data administration, equipment record maintenance, and coordination with OEMs/suppliers to ensure traceability and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience with offshore cranes or heavy mechanical systems.
• Strong experience with SAP PM/MM in oil & gas or offshore environments.
• Knowledge of API 2C, LOLER, and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify spare parts using OEM manuals and API standards.
• Create and update SAP material master data and equipment records.
• Create and update BOMs and maintenance task lists to support maintenance planning.

• Maintaining traceability records and certificates of conformity.
• Coordinating with OEMs and suppliers.
• Supporting maintenance planning.
