Overview of the role
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising customers on the parts needed for their vehicles, managing orders, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service

What you will do
• Advise customers on parts needed for their vehicles, provide price quotes, and assist with parts selection
• Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of parts
• Maintain inventory levels, organize parts, and assist with receiving and stocking new parts
• Understand automotive parts and systems to accurately identify and recommend parts
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and suppliers
• Provide excellent customer service, potentially upsell parts and accessories, and ensure customer satisfactio

Required skills to be successful
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Cost clerk job experience is a must
• Excellent communication and customer service skill
