Job description

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Team Lead, Partnerships to manage and support our partner acquisition, reseller partner success, and referral partner success teams. This role is ideal for someone with a SaaS background and partnership experience, who excels at enabling and developing teams to drive partner success. As the Team Lead you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting your team to ensure they effectively acquire, manage, and enable partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide your team with the resources, guidance, and structure needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team responsible for partner acquisition, reseller partner success, and referral partner success .
  • Provide ongoing training and development to help the team improve performance, drive engagement, and maximize partner impact.
  • Support team members in their day-to-day activities , removing roadblocks and providing strategic guidance.
  • Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to equip the team with the right tools and resources.
  • Monitor team performance , setting clear goals and KPIs while providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture , encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships with a focus on managing and enabling teams.
  • Previous experience leading a team , ideally in a partnerships or channel sales function.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills , with the ability to onboard, train, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities , with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment , comfortable with evolving priorities.
