ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile partnerships across key sporting events in the Middle East.

You’ll be the driving force behind successful partnership delivery — from apparel fulfilment and activation to relationship management — ensuring each partner’s experience reflects Reflo’s premium standards and purpose-led mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnership Management & Delivery

  • Act as the day-to-day lead for key partnerships, owning the relationship and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and communications from onboarding through to final delivery.
  • Create and track partnership roadmaps, critical paths, and KPIs, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Serve as the main liaison for partner enquiries and ensure smooth collaboration with external stakeholders including event agencies and rights holders.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of activations and deliveries, identifying improvements and efficiencies.

Product Fulfilment & Apparel Execution

  • Work closely with Product, Production and Logistics teams to deliver on apparel requirements, from factory orders to co-branded product drops.
  • Oversee the approvals process with partners, including product sign-offs and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure apparel is delivered on time, in full, and meets agreed standards — taking ownership of the full delivery timeline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales to maximise revenue opportunities from each activation.
  • Coordinate with Logistics to manage shipping, customs and delivery schedules.
  • Work alongside Marketing to ensure partner rights are activated and leveraged effectively.
  • Align with Finance on quotes, invoicing, and budget tracking.

Growth & Commercial Opportunities

  • Help identify and onboard new brand and event partnerships aligned with Reflo’s vision.
  • Support negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and long-term potential.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Forecast, manage, and track outward costs across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and cost breakdowns to support team planning and reporting.

ABOUT YOU

ESSENTIALS

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or a related field, preferably within sports events.
  • Project Ownership & Execution: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end — from planning through to delivery — while managing timelines, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Tools & Organisation: Proficient in project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello to assign tasks, track progress, and collaborate across teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a natural people person.
  • Passion for sports, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events.
