About The Role

We are a rapidly growing company providing comprehensive global HR and payroll solutions. We seek a highly skilled individual to join as the Manager of our Partner Referral Program. We offer innovative solutions and aim to foster strong partner relationships to drive revenue, growth, and success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance adoption of our Partner Referral Program, ensuring continuous improvement and increased partner engagement.
  2. Set up referral partners for success through strategic planning and onboarding.
  3. Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network and program reach.
  4. Nurture existing partner relationships to maximize referral potential.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align program goals with company objectives and establish sales funnels.
  6. Design and implement training and onboarding for new partners.
  7. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
  8. Act as the main contact for referral partners, addressing inquiries professionally.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend program enhancements.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on program performance for management.
  11. Work with marketing teams to establish cross-channel referral campaigns.
  12. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability with partners.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years managing partner referral programs or similar roles in partnerships and sales.
  2. Strong understanding of partner acquisition and engagement strategies.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Proficient in data analysis and metrics reporting.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong organizational and project management skills.
