Job description

Partnership Manager

You will be directly responsible for acquiring, managing, and maintaining key Partner relationships with companies that can introduce clients to WorldFirst.

You will work closely with these partners to drive referrals into the WorldFirst business, focusing on the key KPIs at that time.

These partnerships may include referrals, affiliate, or enterprise-type relationships. You need to stay up-to-date with WorldFirst's latest products and services to promote them effectively to our partners and their clients, representing WorldFirst with integrity.

You will make regular contact with our partner network, provide feedback on issues they face, and deliver solutions to help them overcome these challenges.

Activities may include attending trade shows, hosting webinars, and executing marketing campaigns. You should be comfortable representing WorldFirst in various scenarios and locations.

You should have a proven track record as a problem solver, executing strategies that deliver value for WorldFirst, our partners, and their clients.

Work closely with internal teams across multiple disciplines to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partners, including securing buy-in from senior stakeholders for large-scale partnerships.

Collaborate with partners and internal teams to produce marketing materials, assess product requirements, and provide on-site and remote training and support.

What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a consultative partner sales environment, selling fintech/tech solutions to eCommerce and international import/export sectors. Experience with professional services communities is a plus.
  • Strong connections within marketplace seller recruitment, marketplace service provider networks, and UAE free zones focused on eCommerce businesses are advantageous for lead generation.
  • A results-driven mindset, with experience working in a dynamic team within a leading fintech payments company.
  • A history of exceeding targets and delivering success.
  • Experience in developing strategies to drive engagement and referrals, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Discipline in work habits and openness to improving processes to ensure accurate data and informed decision-making.
