Job description

Our Client one of the most prominent and respected brands in the global Web3 and Crypto arena has earned multiple industry awards and recognition for their excellence across diverse segments of the crypto ecosystem. As part of their continued growth strategy they are now looking to make a strategic addition to their Middle East team.

Role Requirement

The Partnerships Manager will be instrumental in advancing their Middle East operations working closely with an accomplished and forwardthinking team.

This role is central to shaping strategic initiatives building meaningful commercial partnerships and supporting investment activity particularly within the Web3 landscape. The ideal candidate will bring a background in strategy consulting investment banking or venture capital combined with practical experience in business development at a techdriven or Web3oriented organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct indepth market analysis and monitor regional trends to guide expansion strategies across the Middle East
  • Drive growth initiatives in Digital Asset Advisory Web3 Incubation and Investment Management using datadriven insights
  • Act as a key liaison between regional teams and global leadership to align execution with corporate objectives
  • Translate highlevel strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear metrics and accountability
  • Develop and implement custom gotomarket strategies for core segments including crypto funds earlystage startups and digital asset platforms
  • Build commercial strategies focused on scaling user adoption strengthening brand visibility and increasing revenue
  • Oversee endtoend partnership processesfrom lead generation and evaluation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Contribute to investment activities through comprehensive due diligence deal evaluation and strategic ecosystem analysis
  • Provide concise progress reports and updates to department heads and business stakeholders
  • Prepare persuasive decks and strategic documents that articulate key findings and growth opportunities
  • Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and senior stakeholders with confidence and precision

Requirements

  • Holds a bachelors degree in fields such as Business Finance or Technology
  • MBA from a toptier global institution is a strong plus
  • Brings 3 5 years of experience in venture capital investment banking strategy consulting or related domains
  • Experience in partnerships or business development roles within techdriven or Web3 environments is highly preferred
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights
  • Possesses a solid grasp ofor strong enthusiasm forWeb3 blockchain and emerging technologies
  • Experienced in creating compelling presentations and communicating ideas clearly to varied audiences
  • Confident in collaborating with stakeholders across departments and seniority levels
  • Thrives in fastpaced everchanging environments with a proactive and flexible approach
