What you'll be doing

Working as aPartnerships Associate you willbe responsible for driving, managing, and optimizing brand collaborations across the region. You will serve as the key link between Tryano and partner brands, ensuring smooth coordination, strategic alignment, and impactful execution of all initiatives. We require an analytical and commercial mind, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Manage day-to-day communication with partner brands, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and resolution of any issues.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of brand collaborations, activations, and pop-ups from concept to execution.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts related to approved brand initiatives, ensuring they align with Tryano’s commercial and branding goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, VM, Creative, Training, and Operations to ensure flawless execution.
  • Align with senior stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain consistency with the Tryano 2.0 brand identity and strategic direction.
  • Maintain a regional activation calendar that reflects seasonal priorities and buying strategies.
  • Manage budgets and reporting in coordination with Finance and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance using clear metrics to ensure strong ROI and inform future decisions.
  • Continuously research industry trends and new opportunities to position Tryano as a pioneer in brand collaborations

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Experience in Marketing, Buying, Brand Management or Commercial backgroundwithin the fashion, beauty, or luxury retail sectors.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and performance to guide decision-making.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role will require travel to AbuDhabi as and when needed.
