Our client is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to drive strategic relationships with brokers worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for securing sponsorships for their events and negotiating commission-based agreements for customer referrals.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in the financial and trading industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate partnerships that enhance revenue and brand growth.
Broker Engagement & Relationship Building: Identify, research, and establish relationships with brokers globally, ensuring alignment with our client's objectives.
Sponsorship Negotiation: Secure broker sponsorships for events, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term collaboration.
Commission-Based Partnerships: Develop and manage agreements where brokers receive commissions for referred customers.
Strategic Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term partnerships, fostering trust and sustained business growth.
Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to relevant financial regulations.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, brokerage services, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, and sales teams to optimize broker visibility and maximize partnership benefits.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, partnerships, sales, or a similar role within the financial, fintech, or trading industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of brokerage services, trading platforms, and financial markets.
Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to secure high-value sponsorships and partnership agreements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market trends and broker offerings to identify valuable partnership opportunities.
Self-Motivation & Initiative: Results-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
