Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Management Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, expanding, and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners across multiple cities, ensuring operational excellence, and driving rider recruitment and engagement to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Recruitment: Lead the recruitment of partners capable of providing last-mile delivery services across the UAE. Focus on aligning recruitment strategies with local regulations to support partners in enhancing rider acquisition efficiency. Preference is given to those with access to 3PL resources (motorcycles or automobiles) in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
  • Partner Policies & Business Standards: Collaborate with relevant departments to develop service partner onboarding criteria, competitive incentive structures, and partner replacement mechanisms, all based on local market research and operational needs.
  • Partner Training: Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), training programs, and evaluation frameworks for riders and service partners. Ensure all materials align with market conditions and platform requirements. Regularly conduct training and assessments to guarantee legal compliance and operational efficiency among partners and their riders.
  • Partner Operations Management: Define and break down business objectives into actionable phases. Oversee partner and rider operations through strategic planning, business execution, digital tools, and SOP-based management. Continuously monitor performance and conduct regular reviews to drive results and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in rider growth and partner management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of rider and 3PL market trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years or more of experience in partner management at large companies, including independently managing partner relationships and business strategy implementation.
  • Experience in food delivery partner management or partner management and analysis in large domestic logistics/express delivery companies is highly preferred.
