Responsibilities:
- Developing Strategic Partnerships: Assist in developing and managing partnerships with key stakeholders including corporations, franchises, non-profits, and government agencies.
- Brand Engagement Initiatives: Spearhead engagement initiatives and collaborate with appointed suppliers to enhance brand awareness and support for our programs and initiatives.
- Sales Database Management: Create and maintain the sales database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and update sales proposals as needed.
- Stakeholder Management Support: Assist the Head of Partnerships across all aspects of stakeholder and brand management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Data Analysis and Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with internal teams to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in commercial and brand guidelines.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and measure success, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Signage Management: Create signage plans with suppliers in line with sponsor rights, manage supplier timelines for event setup during and post-event, and oversee the quality delivery of all signage suppliers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (minimum 4-5 years) in events management, with a strong preference for sponsorship management and sales support experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of sports, preferably cricket.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, numeracy, and computer literacy.
- Ability to create/edit sponsorship proposals.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A team player mentality and the ability to collaborate effectively with franchise, commercial managers, and colleagues at all levels.
