Overview :

We are looking for a Partnership Acquisition Manager to join our team and help establish new relationships with channel partners in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in partner account management and a strong track record of successfully building and managing partnerships.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners in relevant industries.
  • Build and leverage relationships for success and execute GTM strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operate with autonomy within a team structure.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and grow pipelines from scratch.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns.
  • Manage relationships and pipelines to achieve results.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop programs leveraging partner capabilities.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Track and report partner performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and partner ecosystems.
  • Leverage existing relationships in target industries.
  • Work with enablement and success teams to drive product consumption post-contract.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new opportunities.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of partner account management experience in relevant industries.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain external relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
  • Knowledge of partnership models and GTM legal constructs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
