The Opportunity:

The current founder is transitioning toward retirement and is looking to hand over operational control to a like-minded partner. We are seeking a Controlling Partner to lead and scale Consultair, a dynamic boutique consulting firm at the intersection of strategic advisory, innovation, and venture building.

As the controlling stakeholder, you will shape the company’s vision, build its service verticals, and oversee the transformation of Consultair into a multi-faceted venture studio and consulting powerhouse. The firm is currently founder-led, lean, and profitable with high-growth potential in the GCC and global markets.

What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced business leader or investor with a strategic mindset
• Strong interest or background in the built environment, engineering, real estate, or infrastructure sectors
• Ability to modernize operations, expand the firm’s footprint, and adopt technologies like BIM, energy modeling, and smart building integration
• A growth-oriented approach to build new partnerships, drive revenue, and elevate brand presence
• A long-term vision to take Consultair into the future while preserving its legacy of trust and quality
• Proven entrepreneurial/partner-level experience in consulting, venture capital, or technology
• Access to capital and willingness to invest AED 1.53M (51% stake)
• Strategic mindset with operational excellence
• Leadership experience scaling teams or ventures
• Strong network in GCC and international business circles
