Join to apply for the Partner Sales Director – Azure, Data & AI role at EPAM Systems .

EPAM is looking for a Partner Sales Director to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue related to our cloud offerings by working closely with our internal Cloud Consulting, Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery teams, as well as with the cloud provider.

To succeed, you will need to build relationships and influence others to identify and generate Cloud project opportunities through research, joint planning with EPAM and Cloud Vendor Account Managers, collaborative proposition development with Cloud Consultants, and active prospecting.

Your role involves organizing meetings and follow-ups that bring together prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists, and delivery experts from both EPAM and the Cloud Vendor to produce tailored solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to business development with deep knowledge and a strong network within UAE public sector clients. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, along with the ability to work independently and build a robust pipeline through outbound activities.

Responsibilities

  • Win cloud business for EPAM in new and existing clients.
  • Drive cloud sales and marketing activities within your region and collaborate across regions to share knowledge.
  • Coordinate the preparation of value propositions, sales plans, RFPs / RFQs / RFIs; liaising with Business Units, sales, partners, and executives.
  • Identify opportunities and joint target accounts with the cloud vendor.
  • Coordinate with EPAM and partner teams on joint opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Promote EPAM’s capabilities and success stories within the Cloud Vendor’s organization to stimulate partner referrals.
  • Work with the partner manager to deliver product messaging and demonstrate EPAM’s value proposition as a trusted systems integrator.
  • Develop into the internal trusted advisor on cloud (Azure), managing product access and early release programs.
  • Organize training sessions and materials to illustrate platform features.

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of experience across the sales lifecycle.
  • Ability to identify and engage potential clients through research, proactive outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Deep knowledge and network within UAE public sector clients.
  • Experience liaising with Legal Departments for contracts.
  • Strong relationship-building and solutions-selling skills with a track record of client and internal relationship management.
  • Experience with Cloud Offerings is preferred but not critical.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
