Job description

* Designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality and relevant training content and supporting collateral to meet the needs of technical audiences, customers, partners, and employees.

* Rapidly learning new technical concepts, courses, products, as required.

* Supporting timely updates, revisions, and improvements of existing courses & materials. Playing a strategic role in integrating new product releases, concepts, and instructor/customer feedback into existing courseware.

* Acting as subject matter experts for the broader training team with regard to technical topics or content.

* Acting as technical liaison to key internal and external partners, which may include vendors, Amazon development and product teams, customers, etc.

* Working with Partner Enablement Managers to develop detailed training plans for technical staff and may act as long-term liaison to partners regarding technical training and certification programs.

* Managing delivery of moderately complex training programs/projects of medium to large scale, complex in nature from initiation through delivery.

* Remaining customer-obsessed and providing the best possible training experience.

**Desired Candidate Profile**

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology (IT) services

- Strong experience in technical training, cloud computing, or partner enablement.

- Strong background in AWS services

- Ability to deliver engaging training sessions virtually and in-person and expertise in digital learning platforms and self-paced training systems.

- Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences and fluency in Arabic and English.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

- Recent experience in a fast-paced, technology company

- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services highly desired

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- AWS Certified/AWS Solutions Architect Associate

- Ability to travel throughout EMEA, up to 70%
