Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic channel development and strong partner engagement. The role will be responsible for identifying, enabling, and managing channel partners to maximize business opportunities, strengthen relationships, and expand market presence for Huawei solutions and products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel development strategies based on business needs and market dynamics.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing channel partners to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Drive partner-led opportunities to successful closure through proactive support and collaboration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and develop effective win-back strategies.
- Execute joint marketing campaigns and co-branding initiatives to enhance Huawei’s market visibility.
- Collaborate with the solutions and services teams to build partner capabilities for self-sales and self-delivery.
- Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and support capability building through training and enablement programs.
- Ensure alignment of partner strategies with Huawei’s overall business objectives.
- Leverage expertise in cloud technologies to guide partners in promoting Huawei solutions alongside AWS and Azure.
- Prepare regular reports on partner development activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Computing, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in partner sales, channel management.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure.
- Proven track record of driving partner-led business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
