Your mission
  • Ensure activation of the marketing strategies and campaigns through local DISTRIBUTION & PROMOTION PARTNERS in accordance with Regional Lead & Regional Export Direction.
  • Develop market analysis, marketing plans, and 360 activation campaigns (HCP, Retail & Digital/Media) with PARTNERS, including budget forecasts and procurement strategies.
  • Work closely with PARTNERS to control and challenge the deployment and execution of marketing campaigns and investments.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply, finance, brands, and regional teams to align marketing actions.
Who you are
  • Graduated in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • With 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the pharma, dermatology, cosmetic, personal care, medical care sectors, or FMCG.
  • Able to adapt to different franchises, brands, business sizes, and maturity portfolios.
  • Experienced with deep knowledge of brands and products.
  • Tech-oriented and agile with data, able to reconstitute market data based on available sources (Sellthrough 20/80, market visits).
  • Fluent in English; French and Arabic are a plus.
