Job summary

MaxAccelerate in Dubai is seeking a Part-Time Accountant to manage bookkeeping, VAT and Corporate Tax submissions for several UAE-based entities. The role requires 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience and hands-on handling of payroll and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in Zoho Books, Xero or QuickBooks and a strong eye for detail are essential. Hybrid/Remote options are available with compensation based on experience and hours.

Qualifications

• Proven UAE accounting experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and FTA procedures.
• Experience preparing VAT and Corporate Tax returns.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple UAE companies including free zone entities.
• Good understanding of UAE payroll, WPS and end-of-service calculations.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, Xero or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple companies.
• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Handle VAT and Corporate Tax submissions.
• Process monthly payroll and manage WPS requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisers.
