Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our Sharjah team. The role focuses on managing the merchandise ordering process and providing cross‑departmental support to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in merchandising, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising.
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
