Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics coordination or related field.
• Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with various modes of transportation (air, sea, land).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track delivery schedules and update stakeholders on any delays or issues.
• Arrange transportation for goods using various modes such as air, sea, or land.
• Monitor shipment costs and negotiate rates with carriers.
• Prepare necessary documents for customs clearance and biometric passport processing.
• Ensure all shipments comply with international trade laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments.
• Communicate regularly with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status.
• Troubleshoot any logistical issues that may arise during transportation.
