Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from suppliers to our warehouse and from our warehouse to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation.
• Track shipments and provide updates to relevant parties.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
• Continuously analyze logistics processes and make suggestions for improvements.
