Job summary

Workato in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a part-time accountant to join their team. This role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on experience in financial statements, payroll processing, and budgeting.

You will manage payables/receivables, perform bank reconciliations, assist with monthly and yearly closings, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• African nationality preferred but not required.
