Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Process invoices and maintain accounts payable/receivable records
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
• Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to improve accounting processes and procedures
