A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Guest Services professional. Your role will include welcoming guests, handling complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Strong guest service skills, teamwork, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor are essential. This is a full-time position with support for visa processes and accommodation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Guest Services preferred.
  • Proficient in the English language (verbal & written).
  • Must hold a valid U.A.E. driving license.
  • Must be physically fit to lift items up to 30 kilograms.

Job description

Reporting to the Manager Guest Services responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Welcomes and assists guests according to FHR Brand Standards.
  • Remains observant and responds to each guest who they come in contact with.
  • Is an ambassador of the Hotel by providing an excellent first impression.
  • Ensures each guest receives a warm personal greeting when arriving or departing.
  • Greets all guests courteously using the guests name whenever possible.
  • Follows the Occupational Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Reports suspicious people behavior and vehicles to Security.
  • Handles complaints efficiently and report as necessary to the Supervisor.
  • Responsible of maintaining the hotel ground appearance and driveways up to standards.
  • Ensures adherence to Fairmonts Code of Ethics.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Guest Services preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on Guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Must possess outstanding guest services skills professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills.
  • Proficient in the English language (verbal & written) second language is an asset.
  • Must hold a valid U.A.E. driving license.
  • Must be physically fit in order to lift items up to 30 kilograms.
