Job description

Job Title: Paralegal - Real Estate

Our client is seeking a paralegal with a strong background in real estate. The position offers a salary of 25,000 AED per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Draftting lease agreements and special conditions, and advising the business on a variety of lease and licence queries.
  2. Managing matters related to the Rental Dispute Committee, including document organization, timeline management, and process advising.
  3. Providing legal technical expertise along with sound business and people judgment.
  4. Handling complex matters independently and collaboratively across the organization.
  5. Supporting the Data Protection and Compliance Officers as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) is essential.
  2. Experience in general real estate, corporate law, and disputes; in-house experience is advantageous.
  3. Strong lease drafting skills and familiarity with lease and licence processes.
  4. Experience with the Rental Dispute Committee is preferred.
  5. Solid legal technical knowledge and sound judgment in business and interpersonal matters.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage complex issues effectively.
