Job summary

Accord International in Dubai is seeking a Paralegal to support advocates and legal consultants across practice areas. You will conduct legal research, assist with case preparation, draft and format documents, and organize case files and evidence.

You will review contracts for accuracy and compliance, manage document production, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing materials for hearings, arbitrations, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Law degree or diploma required; experience as paralegal/assistant advantageous.
• Proficient in drafting, formatting, and organizing contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Strong UAE and international legal research skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation.
• Draft and format legal documents and organize case files.
• Review contracts and other documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
