Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and verify bank documents for UAE clients.
  • Coordinate with UAE and international law firms on legal cases, ensuring timely updates and monitoring third-party performance.
  • Manage payments, expense reports, and budgets efficiently.
  • Prepare quarterly team performance reports and credit analysis presentations.
  • Oversee the credit control dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the team in sending payment reminders using the new tool.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct data analysis on outstanding debts to support decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for financial and legal reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
