Job Description

Responsibilities :

• To receive and follow up on day-to-day maintenance calls.
• Report the summary of work carried out for individual guest rooms and common areas, including all used materials.
• Carry out ceramic tiling, retiling, silicon and grouting work.
• Perform bricklaying, hollow block work, cement plaster work, and casting of plain cement concrete.
• Modify and install marble tops and granite panels for wash basins and kitchen countertops.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, joint repair, and cleaning.
• Perform all types of painting work such as water-based, oil-based, epoxy paints, and top coats.
• Apply paint on gypsum, cemented surfaces, wood, blocks, etc.
• Assist the team whenever requested to ensure smooth and safe project completion.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by ensuring quick and safe technical support services, ensuring guest safety and comfort.
• Ensure the quality of all work completed by both internal and external staff adheres to good engineering practices.
• Study and utilize spare materials efficiently, focusing on repairs over replacements for cost savings and safety.
