1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint or wallpaper.
2. Mix and match paints according to specifications and color requirements.
3. Apply primers, paints, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
4. Ensure proper coverage and finish quality on all painted surfaces.
5. Create decorative finishes such as faux painting, texturing, or stenciling when required.
6. Inspect completed work for defects and touch up as necessary.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling paints and equipment.
9. Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
