We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying high-quality decorative and protective coatings to various surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint or wallpaper.
• Mix and match paints according to specifications and color requirements.
• Apply primers, paints, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure proper coverage and finish quality on all painted surfaces.
• Create decorative finishes such as faux painting, texturing, or stenciling when required.
• Inspect completed work for defects and touch up as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling paints and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
• Adapt painting techniques to accommodate Abu Dhabi's climate conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in professional painting.
• Proficiency in various painting techniques for different surfaces and materials.
• Strong knowledge of paint types, mixing, color matching, and application methods.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and project plans.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and handle painting equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting is preferred.
• Safety certifications related to working with hazardous materials is a plus.
• Knowledge of different paint types and their applications (e.g., oil-based, water-based, enamel).
• Familiarity with surface preparation techniques for various materials.
• Understanding of color theory and design principles.
• Ability to estimate paint quantities and project timelines.
