Job summary

GALADARI BROTHERS CO. L.L.C is seeking an experienced Paint Mixer/Auto Painter to mix and formulate vehicle colours with precision. You will use computer systems and paint-mixing software to achieve accurate matches and deliver high-quality refinishing within efficiency targets.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a dealership or automotive workshop, solid knowledge of spray booth operations, and familiarity with various automotive paint materials and refinishing products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform paint colour mixing and formulation to achieve the required vehicle shade
• Use computer systems and paint-mixing software/programs effectively
• Deliver high-quality vehicle refinishing with good efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper use, handling and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Identify equipment-related issues and follow SOPs for proper handling
• Follow technical specs provided by manufacturer and management instructions
• Ensure accurate colour mixing and blending to match existing colour
• Apply painting techniques including water-based and base-coat refinishing
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace and care for tools/equipment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Key Accountabilities

• Perform paint colour mixing and formulation to achieve the required vehicle shade.
• Use computer systems and paint-mixing software/programs effectively.
• Deliver high-quality vehicle refinishing with good efficiency, contributing to customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Identify equipment-related issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and follow Management instructions and SOPs for proper equipment handling.
• Follow technical specifications provided by the vehicle manufacturer and instructions from Management.
• Ensure accurate colour mixing and blending to achieve a proper match with the existing vehicle colour.
• Apply appropriate painting techniques, including water-based and base-coat refinishing, as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
• Follow all workplace occupational health and safety procedures.
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by Management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• S.S.C., Trade Certificate, or Vocational Training.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Paint Mixer or Auto Painter within a reputable dealership or automotive workshop.
• Good knowledge of spray booth operations.
• Ability to identify and assess painting defects.
• Good understanding of paint mixing machines, colour mixing processes, and related equipment.
• Knowledge of different types of automotive paint materials and refinishing products.
