Paid Search Specialist (B2B SaaS)

We are looking for a data-driven and creative specialist in paid media to further strengthen the Demand Generation Marketing Team in our Dubai office. You’ll be working in a cross-functional team with the aim to deliver further growth for Easygenerator from a marketing perspective.

Responsibilities

1. Manage multilingual campaigns on Google Adwords and Microsoft Bing.
2. Manage campaigns on LinkedIn and Reddit across multiple markets, optimizing different campaign types and layers.
3. Execute tests, analyze data, identify trends, and optimize ROI.
4. Manage campaign budgets, estimate costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
5. Provide performance reports and data-driven insights for campaign optimization.
6. Collaborate with content specialists, designers, and product marketing managers to optimize campaigns and landing pages.
7. Conduct paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
8. Research and analyze competitor campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SEM marketing.
• Experience with social media advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field.
• Experience in multilingual search campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution modelling.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Understanding of the marketing funnel and ROI drivers.
• Motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Tech or SaaS start-up/scale-up environments.
• Excellent command of English; fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus.
