Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound processing and dispatch. You will manage a team of 30–40 staff, meet daily volumes within SLAs, and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

The role requires a degree or diploma in logistics or related fields, 3–5 years of warehouse experience, and strong knowledge of WMS and Excel. Prior Dematic exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute daily warehouse activities including Inbound, Outbound, Processing, Picking, Put-away, Decanting, Replenishment and Dispatch.
• Ensure planned daily volumes are completed within agreed SLAs and target throughput.
• Monitor workflow and take corrective action to avoid delays or backlogs.
• Coordinate with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
• Plan and deploy manpower according to volumes and budgets.
• Ensure effective utilization of resources and achievement of target manpower productivity.
• Lead and supervise approximately 30–40 employees including Team Leaders and floor staff.
• Regularly monitor productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance.
