Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for children and adults.
• Plan and conduct engaging sessions for different ages and skill levels.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment on and off the court.
• Lead match-making activities and Americano sessions as needed.
• Organise academy events, socials, and tournaments.
• Welcome players, supervise activities, update scores, and manage crowd flow.

Our academy is built around a premium, family-oriented environment where coaching goes beyond the court. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with players of all ages, builds positive relationships with members, and is eager to contribute ideas to support the academy's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coaching, excellent with children, approachable with adults, and committed to creating an engaging, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of padel coaching experience.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Previous coaching experience in the UAE, with professional references, is an advantage.
• Proven experience coaching both children and adults.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when working with children.
• Ability to create an engaging, positive, and supportive learning environment.
• A friendly, energetic, professional, and approachable personality.
• A strong understanding of the importance of a premium, family-oriented academy environment.
• A proactive mindset, with the vision and enthusiasm to contribute ideas and support the academy's growth.
• Willingness to follow the academy's coaching structure while incorporating individual coaching styles, techniques, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for both children and adults.
• Plan and conduct engaging sessions tailored to different ages, skill levels, and player development goals.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment on and off the court.
• Lead match-making activities and Americano sessions, including participating in matches when required.
• Organise and lead academy events, social activities, and tournaments.
• Welcome players, supervise activities, update scores, coordinate match flow, and manage prize presentations during events.
• Build strong relationships with players, parents, and academy members.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the member experience and support the academy's development.
• Work collaboratively with the academy team to maintain high coaching standards and a consistent member experience.
• Represent the academy professionally and help foster a strong sense of community.

Employment Terms

• Working hours: 48 hours per week.
• Compensation: Fixed monthly salary.
• Minimum coaching commitment: At least 40 coaching sessions per month.
• Additional sessions: Sessions conducted beyond the monthly minimum of 40 will be compensated separately, in accordance with the agreed terms.
• Performance review: A performance and contract review will take place after the first six months.
• Growth opportunities: Subject to performance and the academy's growth, there may be an opportunity to review the role and compensation.
