Purpose & Key Missions

The Services Business Line within IDEMIA's Connectivity Services Business Unit (serving Mobile Operators and Automotive customers) is responsible for coordinating all presales and marketing activities related to packaging and kitting services worldwide. The team consists of 4 members located in different regions.

Profile

• Deep knowledge of printing industry packaging techniques and features. Knowledge of graphics (artworks, designs, color combinations, effects on printing media). Solid business analysis skills in Microsoft Excel are essential. Minimum of 2 years experience in a service center fulfillment department or printing company. Ability to collaborate with people from various areas and different time zones. Proficiency in English. Suitable for remote management.

Additional Information & Missions

• Support sales regions in managing tenders for packaging and fulfillment (80%)
• Identify and understand customer needs regarding packaging products and develop Presales Packaging Technical Specifications (PPTS) during presales stages
• Provide proactive suggestions on product features and printing quality (type of paper, cardboard printing, finishing)
• Manage Design on Demand services for end-to-end packaging definition when customers lack specific specifications
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to identify the best packaging manufacturing plants and define industrial setups, including logistics routes and terms
• Benchmark and follow up on quotations (including logistics) in cooperation with manufacturing plants, internal service centers, and purchasing teams for potential subcontractors
• Prepare quotations in cooperation with pricing teams
• Consolidate market data and perform monthly business analysis, including reports on budget vs. actual KPI volumes and sales worldwide and regionally, root cause investigations, and improvement plans. Combine various Excel reports into one and analyze market context in collaboration with international sales, customer service, and technical teams.
