Responsibilities

• Making monthly and daily packaging plans to optimize machine and man-hours.
• Responsible for organizing material issuance and inventory control.
• Coordinating with production, planning, and quality assurance departments.
• Evaluating subordinate training needs in collaboration with the training center.
• Coordinating preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for plant safety and security.
• Controlling productivity yields and optimizing manpower distribution.
• Verifying Master Packaging Instruction (MPI) and process controls.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP and revising SOPs.
• Arranging daily packaging plans with the warehouse.
