Package Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strong technical knowledge of offshore FPSO, substation, HVDC and fixed offshore structures.
2. Strong analytical skills required to review all project information and ensure accuracy as well as identify issues, concerns and potential mitigations.
3. Experience with cost control including project estimating, forecasting and cost management including reporting.
4. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
5. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and successfully execute tasks in accordance with business objectives.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
7. Project management skills.
8. Fully trained and knowledgeable with relevant Safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards.

Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in any engineering.
2. Mechanical degree is a plus supported by package management.
3. PMP certification is a plus.

Experience

1. Proven ability to manage multiple packages and deliver within budget and schedule constraints.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing EPC projects within the offshore oil & gas or renewable energy sectors.
3. Wide experience as Package Manager in EPC Offshore and New Building Projects.
