Qualifications

Your Role
  • Preparation and review of engineering documents such as component datasheets, drawings, and other auxiliary documents according to client specifications and pre-order agreements.
  • Preparation of RFQs for long lead items, evaluation of sub-vendor offers, and approval.
  • Evaluate supplier offers and provide technical approval.
  • Review of 3D models against client specifications, PIDs, standard drawings, and other relevant documents.
  • Design of packages that are economical without compromising client specifications and safety.
  • Schedule documents, RFQs, and other activities as per project requirements.
  • Provide inputs and coordinate with design engineers and designers.
  • Review client comments and provide technical responses through the Comment Resolution Sheet.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, QC, and production engineers.
  • Address issues from production during fabrication.
  • Record changes from clients during project execution.
  • Manage engineering change requests during fabrication and assembly.
Qualifications and Skills

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 5 years.

Expertise: Knowledge of chemical injection packages and process packages, basic understanding of API 675 pumps, valves, safety valves, and instruments. Ability to read PIDs, prepare draft PIDs, and prepare RFQs for components. Guide designers.

Industry: Manufacturing of chemical injection, pump, and process packages for oil & gas.

Skills: AutoCAD, review of 3D models, general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and process calculations.
