  • Knowledge of TotalCare, warranties, and guarantees.

  • Manage subject engines in the shop to meet quality, cost, delivery, and lead-time requirements.
  • Establish and develop working relationships within the Overhaul Base.
  • Provide technical and quality assurance support to the shop and Rolls-Royce Customer teams.

Skills

What you will do:
Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage subject engines in the shop to meet quality, cost, delivery, and lead-time requirements.
  • Establish and develop working relationships within the Overhaul Base.
  • Evaluate and report on service-run engine part conditions.
  • Identify and analyze engineering and commercial trends.
  • Provide technical and quality assurance support to the shop and Rolls-Royce Customer teams.
  • Participate in engineering investigations as needed.
  • Ensure operational activities comply with business plans and policies, resolving deviations as necessary.
  • Contribute to planning, logistics, risk management, supply chain, load capacity, cost control, invoice management, and customer/supplier relationships.
