Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations within our premium Food & Beverage team. You will supervise staff, ensure high service standards, and maintain guest satisfaction while coordinating with Kitchen and other departments.

We value strong leadership, English communication, and a proactive approach to upselling and cost control in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in hotels or upscale outlets.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, guest-service orientated.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage; POS knowledge is preferred.

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and F&B procedures are followed.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure effective handovers between shifts.

• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and handle feedback professionally.
• Support Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling costs.
• Encourage upselling and maintain strong knowledge of menus and promotions.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and development.

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm.

As an Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet, supervising the team, and ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and Food & Beverage procedures are consistently followed.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper communication and handover between shifts.
• Monitor service quality and ensure the outlet is properly prepared and maintained at all times.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling operational costs.
• Encourage upselling and ensure team members have strong knowledge of menus, promotions, and products.
• Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and proper handling of Food & Beverage products.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete required operational reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Food & Beverage Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
