Job summary

Aloft Hotels in Al Ain is seeking a Non-Management, Full Time hospitality professional for a role in Food and Beverage. You will ensure staff work as a cohesive team to deliver top service and meet guest needs, while supervising grooming and attire and handling opening/closing duties and supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Monitor dining room seating, service, safety and guest well-being; manage inventories.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and coaching employees.
