Job summary

At Aloft Hotels, we are seeking a Guest Service Expert to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. You will interact with guests, take orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure a smooth dining experience while maintaining safety and quality standards.

As a non-management, full-time role, you will stand, move, and assist with service tasks, keep areas clean, and uphold our professional appearance and hospitality. Previous hospitality exposure is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and take orders to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to deliver timely food and beverages.
• Assist with setting tables, serving guests, and clearing areas as needed.
• Maintain safe work practices and keep uniform and surroundings professional.
• Stand, move, and lift objects up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance) as part of duties.
