Job Description

As an Outlet Supervisor at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service, high-quality guest experiences, and adherence to brand standards. You will supervise the team, assist with operational planning, and ensure that service delivery reflects the bold, playful, and stylish personality of the SO/ brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficient service and smooth workflow.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff, bartenders, and other outlet team members.
  • Ensure consistent service quality and presentation of food and beverages according to SO/ brand standards.
  • Greet and engage with guests, assisting with inquiries, special requests, and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Train, coach, and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance and service excellence.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to the Outlet Manager to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies, beverages, and equipment; report shortages and coordinate replenishment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the outlet, including dining areas, bar, and service stations.
  • Enforce adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Assist in managing cash handling, POS transactions, and ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
  • Support in implementing promotions, upselling initiatives, and enhancing guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment that reflects the SO/ brand culture.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within F&B operations in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of F&B service standards, inventory management, and POS systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and alignment with SO/ brand identity.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
