Job Description

How does your working day look like …

  • Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Guide customers through the reservation process, providing accurate information about availability, seating options, and special requests.
  • Use the reservation system to record and manage reservations accurately, making necessary updates and modifications as needed.
  • Monitor reservation patterns and effectively manage table utilization to maximize seating capacity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests from guests.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable dining options based on their preferences, dietary restrictions, and special occasions.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure efficient seating arrangements and minimize wait times for guests.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth flow of service and timely seating of reservations.
  • Manage waitlists effectively, providing accurate wait time estimates and keeping guests informed about their status.
  • Build positive relationships with regular customers and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for new guests.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with restaurant offerings, menus, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining reservation records, generating reports, and managing customer databases.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of special events and group reservations.
Qualifications
