Job summary

Kempinski Hotels is seeking an Outlet Manager for Villamore in Dubai, UAE. You will lead the service team in cooperation with the culinary team to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a luxury outlet.

Reporting to the Director of F&B, the role requires 2–3 years in a similar position, preferably in an international five‑star hotel, with strong English communication and Italian restaurant experience. This full-time post is based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Able to manage a guest-facing team in a premium outlet.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service and lead the outlet team to deliver top-tier hospitality.
• Maintain high cleanliness and organisational standards in the outlet and surrounding area.
• Uphold product and service quality and outlet setup standards at all times.
• Train staff on outlet concept and service excellence, ensuring alignment with culinary team.
• Drive opportunities to generate more business while understanding local dining scene and market positioning.
• Operates POS system with trained responsibilities and supports upselling initiatives.

Description

To produce an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the example.
• Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times.
• A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.
• Execute and support the team to execute the highest level of service and set-up standards at all times.
• Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.
• Understand thoroughly the concept of the outlet and train all employees of the outlet in regards to the concept.
• The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.
• Know the restaurant scene and gastronomic character of the destination and be recognized in the market.
• Be knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.
• Perform up selling for all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.
• Innovation and new ideas are fostered, collected and communicated to the Head of Department.
• Support and implement new Talent Development initiatives.
• Support career development by training and assigning multi-tasking.
• Give constant feedback to all employees of the outlet.
• All rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel
• Beach Club Experience
• English - excellent communication skills
• Proper experience in Italian restaurant
