Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of outlet operations to ensure profitable and efficient performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve outlet business goals and increase revenue.
  • Accurately forecast business demands and adjust operations accordingly.
  • Collaborate with management to create and execute effective marketing plans.
  • Manage staffing schedules to optimize team performance and customer service.
  • Oversee regular preventative maintenance and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Motivate and inspire team members through hands-on leadership and mentorship.
  • Monitor and evaluate team member performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors and team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay updated on local food safety regulations and health codes, ensuring full compliance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a retail or food service outlet.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food safety certification.
